Twins home improvement was recommended by my neighbor and I contacted Josh right away! He responded and came out within a few days. Josh and Carlos were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked on the project same day they came out. They had to come back out again because the leak came back but they scheduled it fast and everything was under warranty. I will use them again in the future for all my home improvement needs! Thank you Josh and Carlos!

Great company installed 2 solar attic vents, redid ridge vent on peak of house and replaced soffit on rear of house . One day in and out cleaned everything from premises. Thanks

The team did a great job repairing the water damage under the siding which caused a leak in the basement. Even when the job turned out to be bigger than expected, they were quickly able to adjust & complete the job the same day. They made sure to keep me updated from start to finish. Great customer service & great work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I called one of the 'big' local companies to get an estimate on a water damaged hole I had in my roof. They gave me an outrageous price and immediately wanted to replace my entire roof. I found Twins on Google and Josh returned my call and was at my house a couple of hours later. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was extremely thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done. The crew showed up at my house a week later, right when they said they would be there, and knocked out the job in no time. They found and repaired additional damage while on the roof and shared before and after pictures with me immediately afterward. Very professional people. Very honest people. I had a small roof leak and had my entire roof replaced by a company back in October 2020 (with a 5 year warranty). A year later when the roof was found to be leaking the company refused to honor the contract. I was referred to Twins Home Improvement LLC. They were courteous, prompt, highly professional and repaired all the potential leaky site for a very reasonable payment and gave me a year of warranty without insisting on me replacing the entire roof.

This is the type of service and quality work that customers should pay for. This company came highly recommended to me by several people and now I know first hand that they certainly have earned all their stars!!!

Josh, Carlos and the crew are the best. Very detail and efficient in their work. Excellent customer service. I call Josh at 5:30 pm today on Tuesday with my problem he was very understanding and said he will let Carlos know about my problem and get back in touch with me. Five minutes later he said Carlos will be at your house tomorrow on Wednesday to take care of the problem. I will highly recommend this company to anyone if you need your roof or gutters replace.

We had Twins install a new roof last month and are completely satisfied with EVERYTHING! Josh worked with our insurance co and we were able to get a $$$ check. The installers were professional, arrived at 7:30 am and worked till 4:00 pm. They cleaned up the areas around the house, not a nail was found. Roof looks great.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We were in need of a few repairs on out roof. This included the flashing around the chimney, replacing collar on vent pipes, loose shingles and installing drip edge...that last roofer only placed where we could see...contributing to leaks that damaged ceilings. They also sealed a flat roof. Josh spent a great deal of time at our initial meeting inspecting roofs and areas of concern and explaining what he found. When Carlos and crew came to do work they were thorough, attention to detail, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up all dirt and debris. They scheduled work within a timely manner. They were thorough and reasonably priced. Would use them again.

Josh and Carlos are outstanding. Josh was great at identifying the roof issues and working with my insurance company. Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job removing the old roof and replacing the new roof. Great communication and several visits after making sure I was happy with the work. I have several dog's. I recently had the roof replaced on my home by Twins Home Improvement. I had several companies provide estimates. Twins Home Improvement was the only one that spent enough time up on the roof to assess the job that was needed, took the time to discuss the various options available, review all the layers of material to be used and the installation process. Josh provided a written cost estimate quickly and answered questions right away.

The installation went very well. Carlos and his team arrived early and reviewed the process for the day with me and kept me posted on progress throughout the day. Everyone was very professional. They did a very nice job cleaning up. I will certainly recommend Twins Home Improvement to others.

At the free estimate visit, Josh noted that the roof was in such bad repair, and that it looked like wind damage. He suggested that we call our homeowners insurance because they would probably cover the roof replacement. Josh talked to my insurance company on my behalf that day and got things rolling. I got an entire new roof installed, and the ceilings inside repaired from water damage, all for my $500 deductible. The owner Carlos and all employees were very professional. I highly recommend Twins Home Improvement. My experience throughout the roof repair and replacement project was professional and top notch. Josh advised me when working with our insurance company, and helped ensure the estimate from the adjuster was comprehensive. Then when he wrote his estimate of the work, it was clear and fair.

When the work started, I was impressed with how quickly they got started. The crew showed up every morning early, and worked seemingly non-stop to the end of the day. And before they left each day, the work site was cleaned up. At the end of the project, Carlos went over all of their work and showed me many pictures highlighting specific details.

They had someone out the day I asked and he was able to fix my roof on the spot for a very affordable price. We had them come out and do the repairs on our leaking roof, they were prompt and did it without us needing to be home. They also came out and did another project for us - putting gutter guards on and putting ventilation into our enclosed deck. Both times they were prompt, inexpensive, and let us know what was happening every step of the way.

Excellent overall experience. Josh was a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough inspection of roof pointed out a number of issues/problems that needed to be addressed. He provided multiple options and worked with us to arrive at an option that we felt provided the best overall value in terms of product quality and warranty. Josh provided multiple references of jobs that were completed nearby and arranged to meet with us at an active site to show us the process and quality of the workmanship. There was no high pressure tactics during the process. The installation took a day and a half and went very smoothly. Carlos (the owner) went out of his way to explain the process and to point out damaged sheathing that needed to be replaced. The crew worked hard and was very professional. Site was cleaned up at the end of first day and completion of the installation. Final product looks great. There were no surprises on final invoice. Highly recommend.

My project involved removal and replacement of damaged vinyl siding. When the project manager evaluated the site, it was also noted that our roof also needed some attention involving raised shingles and protective boots for the flanges around our vent pipes as a preventative measures. The job was scheduled to be worked within two weeks of the contract, well the contractors showed up well within the scheduled time. The work was completed in a couple of hours. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. The finished product exceeded my expectations and above that it was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks, I would definitely higher this company in the future
